About Us

We are a place where the impossible becomes possible.

Community Partners

To enhance the quality of our care and extend our services Ranken Jordan has partnered with these organizations:

Missouri Hospital Association

Missouri Hospital Association (MHA) is a state-wide hospital association. MHA provides representation and advocacy on behalf of Ranken Jordan and other members on current health care issues. Learn more at missourihealthmatters.com.

Challenger Baseball

Ranken Jordan hosts 2 Challenger Baseball teams. The Challenger Baseball league is for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. The league teaches teamwork, teaching the fundamentals of baseball and includes everyone in a fun, active atmosphere.

The Ranken Jordan division season runs from the 1st Saturday in September to the last Saturday in October.

Charthouse Learning

Ranken Jordan adopted Charthouse Learning's FISH! Philosophy as our core values and is seen all over the hospital. Ranken Jordan employees embrace these 4 principles: Choose your attitude; be there; play; make their day.

Our hospital is a premier example of these principles in action and have partnered with the creators of FISH! to teach other organizations how to successfully implement outstanding customer service. Read about Ranken Jordan's Deep Dive Experience.

Equis Hospitality Management

Equis Hospitality Management is committed to provide up to 6 free rooms a night to families of Ranken Jordan patients in their Homewood Suites, TownePlace Suites, Residence Inn and Fairfield Inns.

HavenHouse St. Louis

HavenHouse provides temporary housing for families traveling from afar to receive care at Ranken Jordan or other health care providers in the area. Visit HavenHouse for more information on family housing.

Kodner Gallery

David and Jonathan Kodner introduced Art Therapy to Ranken Jordan, helping patients to a speedier recovery. The Kodner Gallery sponsors nationally renowned artists to paint with the patients. The painting is auctioned and the proceeds support the Art Therapy program.

Once a year, patients create their own Inspiration Gallery. A collection of the patients' artwork is displayed in the hospital and purchased by Ranken Jordan employees. All money raised is used for out-trips and other special activities.

Blues 14 Fund

Support from the Blues 14 Fund—the charitable trust of the St. Louis Blues—goes to the Fan Zone, an area designed for patients and their families. The Fan Zone features lockers just like those used by the players, pennants and blue note lights. The 14 Fund's Blues Bedside and Beyond aims to enhance our Beyond the Bedside approach to care through donations of interactive therapy toys used for session at the patient’s beside. The partnership with the Blues 14 Fund gives our patients the opportunity to enjoy visits from St. Louis Blues players, attend game viewing parties hosted by the Blues and a chance to show their support for the team.

Carney's Kids Foundation

KMOX radio talk show host John Carneystarted Carney's Kids Foundation to help non-profit organizations improve children's lives through quality healthcare and family support. Staffed entirely by volunteers, Carney's Kids Foundation has supported Ranken Jordan since 2007. One hundred percent of charitable funds goes directly to designated charities.

Variety the Children's Charity of St. Louis

Variety serves children with physical and mental disabilities through age 21. Variety of St. Louis provides medical equipment, developmental programs and other needed resources. As a partner program, Ranken Jordan not only receives funding for equipment, but a Sunshine Coach Van used to transport patients to doctors appointments and special outings.

Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce

Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce serves as the hub for community. Ranken Jordan is a member of the Maryland Heights Chamber of Commerce to maintain and active role in the community and increase awareness for the hospital.

Maryland Heights Parks and Recreation

Ranken Jordan works with Maryland Heights Parks and Recreation to host community programs such as Kid Fit and Kids in the Kitchen. These and other programs benefit our patients and children in the community. We also participate in their annual Cultural Arts Festival as well as anniversary celebrations by offering activities for children and their families.
