Charthouse Learning
Ranken Jordan adopted Charthouse Learning's FISH! Philosophy as our core values and is seen all over the hospital. Ranken Jordan employees embrace these 4 principles: Choose your attitude; be there; play; make their day.
Our hospital is a premier example of these principles in action and have partnered with the creators of FISH! to teach other organizations how to successfully implement outstanding customer service. Read about Ranken Jordan's
Deep Dive Experience.

Kodner Gallery
David and Jonathan Kodner introduced
Art Therapy to Ranken Jordan, helping patients to a speedier recovery. The
Kodner Gallery
sponsors nationally renowned artists to paint with the patients. The painting is auctioned and the proceeds support the Art Therapy program.
Once a year, patients create their own Inspiration Gallery. A collection of the patients' artwork is displayed in the hospital and purchased by Ranken Jordan employees. All money raised is used for out-trips and other special activities.
Blues 14 Fund
Support from the
Blues 14 Fund
—the charitable trust of the St. Louis Blues—goes to the Fan Zone, an area designed for patients and their families. The Fan Zone features lockers just like those used by the players, pennants and blue note lights. The 14 Fund's Blues Bedside and Beyond aims to enhance our Beyond the Bedside approach to care through donations of interactive therapy toys used for session at the patient’s beside. The partnership with the Blues 14 Fund gives our patients the opportunity to enjoy visits from St. Louis Blues players, attend game viewing parties hosted by the Blues and a chance to show their support for the team.
