Demonstrating the 4 core beliefs of the hospital’s customer service program—communication, initiative, teamwork and adaptability—1 employee per month is named the “Big Fish.” The Big Fish is recognized at monthly hospital staff meetings, enjoys a reserved parking spot and has a profile posted in the lobby.
