Employee Recognition Program
Demonstrating the four core beliefs of the hospital’s customer service program − communication, initiative, teamwork/collaboration and adaptability − one employee per month is named the “Big Fish.” The Big Fish is formally recognized at monthly hospital staff meetings, enjoys a reserved parking spot and has a profile posted in the lobby.
Tuition Assistance
