This ongoing initiative empowers those on the frontlines of patient services at Ranken Jordan to observe care, identify opportunities for enhancement and make changes that improve the work environment and patient experience.
Employee Recognition Program
Demonstrating the four core beliefs of the hospital’s customer service program − communication, initiative, teamwork/collaboration and adaptability − one employee per month is named the “Big Fish.” The Big Fish is formally recognized at monthly hospital staff meetings, enjoys a reserved parking spot and has a profile posted in the lobby.
