St. Louis piano teacher, Laureen Di Bisceglie, organized a service project for her students in last December to benefit Ranken Jordan.  She asked each of them to line up sponsors who would promise a certain amount of money for every minute the student practiced over a two week period before Christmas.  The students then kept track of their practice minutes and collected donations from their sponsors. Ms. Di Bisceglie presented checks to Ranken Jordan totaling over $900 representing more than 50 hours of practice.  Now, that's a lot of beautiful music.
