Rookie Volunteer of the Year

 

 

Holly has been volunteering for Ranken Jordan for almost a year. She volunteers in the PHRS Department every Monday afternoon. and always comes in with a positive attitude. Holly is very attentive and quickly offers a helping hand.

 

She introduces herself and gets to know each patient. During her first year she has taken initiative in completing her feeding training and has helped on Day Treatment lunches.  Because of her background as a recreational therapist, Holly is comfortable around all patients, regardless of age or developmental level.

 

She makes a special effort to get patients involved in all activities and loves to take them outside. Holly is a great asset to open gym on Mondays and encourages the patients to participate. She also is a great “Bullet Ball” player. We truly appreciate all Holly does for the staff and patients here.
